Dr. Khalwale’s amendment. This is because I think whatever it is we do, must be what provides access of justice by majority of Kenyans. If the employees themselves have not been properly consulted on this matter, I think pending this amendment for a short while, just to allow for further consultations, does not hurt. This is because I think the majority of Kenyans require this Industrial Court. So, I would really beg the hon. Members that, for once, let us listen to Dr. Khalwale today."}
