For your information, North Eastern Province covers Garissa, Wajir and Mandara. For the last 40 years, we have been asking for a road from Garissa to Mandera to be tarmacked. Will the Minister consider giving me a dam or at least carrying out irrigation on both sides of Uwaso Nyiro River?"}
