The country has a Prime Minister and two Deputy Prime Ministers. The arrangement of work between the Prime Minister and his deputies is constitutionally entirely within his purview and as a Minister, I have no role and indeed, other Ministers, in how the Prime Minister assigns assignments and roles to his deputies. I also invite the Chair and the House to take judicial notice of the political happenings in the country and understand what is going on."}
