I remember that because I had a problem with it. I also want the Minister to confirm from his people whether when we are talking about county corporations, we are also talking about a government linked corporation, a county corporation and the county itself is considered as a corporation. That is a little confusing because you would not be clear when you are talking about the county, the corporation or a different linked company. Maybe while he is seeking clarification from his team, he also needs to get a clarification in relation to that."}
