I want to agree with what you have said; that the Standing Orders are very clear. By the very words you have said, you should also apply Standing Order 97(2). It says:- “The Speaker or the Chairperson of Committees shall order any Member whose conduct is grossly disorderly to withdraw immediately from the precincts of the Assembly, either- (a) for the remainder of that day’s sitting; or (b) for a period not exceeding two sitting days, including the day of suspension.”"}
