It saddens me to hear the Minister say that the young lady has not reported to the police station. She has recorded a statement at the Naivasha Police Station. It is on record. So, when the Minister stands up to say that she has not made a statement, I do not know what kind of statement he is referring to. This lady has been hospitalized. She is in Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) as I talk. The Minister here can say that the lady is doing a good job when he does not know that she is in hospital. Is he in order?"}
