At the Committee level, we do not have adequate time because the Executive has been very slow on its job. I think this House needs to send a very strong message to the Executive to take their work seriously because the reduction of time in scrutinizing these Bills undermines their quality. But notwithstanding that, I know we are facing a constitutional deadline which we must meet. To that extent, I support the Procedural Motion."}
