When it is reviewed, maybe that will give us the way forward in co-ordinating the activities of NEMA and the police, so that it will be easy to take the necessary action. I can understand the concerns of hon. Members; the increasing trend of crime under the Act may be due to weak enforcement legal structure. I said the legal structure is there and provides for up to a fine of Kshs5 million; therefore, we will emphasize the need to relook at the 1999 Act."}
