If you have such a boat in Migori and the next one you have along that lake is Bondo – you actually pass seven or eight constituencies in between. Could the Assistant Minister, for a start, commit to provided at least one out-boat engine per constituency along the lake to be used to monitor and police the shores so that the insecurity in the lake is brought down?"}
