Even though I agree with those of us who know what has happened to him, but he has a very able Assistant Minister. Are we really going to defer a Question by Private Notice a third time when we know that the Ministry is avoiding to answer this Question? Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I really need your help to make sure that this Question is answered. We have able Ministers and the Attorney-General is also here in the spirit of collective responsibility.
