Bahari’s and hon. Keynan’s world. I am negotiating with our development partners because, as a country, we do not have adequate funds. I want to indicate that every time a development partner funds a project, as a country, we also put in money for consultancy services as well as for the total cost of the project. Coming back to the question asked by hon. Keynan, I have indicated, specifically with regard to the Isiolo-Modogashe Road, that I am having discussions with our development partners. Regarding the Modogashe-Nuno Road, I have just received a letter of “no objection” from our development partners to start work. I could not have started work until I received a formal letter of “no objection” from our development partners. I have now received that letter."}
