(b) by deleting sub-clauses (6) and (7) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clauses— (6) In the appointment of a member of the Committee, the Cabinet Secretary shall not appoint a person who has a direct or indirect interest in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing, advertisement or promotion of a designated or complimentary food product. (7) Section 12 of the Public Office Ethics Act, 2003"}
