(d) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (3)— (4) The Registrar shall— (a) maintain a record of— (i) the treaties to which Kenya is a signatory; (ii) the treaties proposed for ratification by Kenya; (iii) the treaties that Kenya has ratified; (iv) Kenya’s reports to any treaty body;"}
