When you watch a young person commit suicide because an English Premier League Club has lost a game, you certainly sit up and note that there must be something bigger than that. Certainly, cases of suicide are on the increase at a rate which is unacceptable which bespeaks of latent challenges that must be addressed substantively. Therefore, certainly and on record, I do make a commitment that we will explore all possible avenues within the Ministry to provide a more comprehensive arrangement that can effectively address this major challenge which is a national challenge that cannot be ignored."}
