Subsequently the farmers were not able to recoup their costs. When we opened a window for the farmers to export the crop between May 2010 and November 2010, the prices shot up. We are putting in place a very comprehensive arrangement between the processors and the farmers, so that the farmers can get favourable returns. As of now, there is a very good arrangement between the processors and the farmers. I would like to table this task force report which is guiding the sector now. As I am talking, the relationship between the processors and the farmers is very good, and the farmers are selling the crop at Kshs60. I hereby table the report."}
