These amendments were as a result of a conference that was held in Mozambique, where our Proceeds of Crime and Anti-money Laundering Act was looked into and these were the shortcomings that were found to exist. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, with the passage of this Bill, I can now confidently report that this country is now on its way to creating a proper financial centre in this country.
