The Assistant Minister is misleading the House completely. As I said, the building does not have a roof and he is trying to justify the kind of design it is. Is he in order? We cannot paint a building which does not have a roof. He is asking me to visit the site. How can he ask me to visit my home? I was there last weekend. He is asking me to visit the site instead of him going there. He is totally out of order."}
