However, in the answer, the Minister admits that there was a one-off approval given by the Ministry of Finance, and that the exportation of scrap metal is prohibited. However, as I speak at this moment in time, exportation of scrap metal is still going on. Is the Minister aware that the one-off approval might have been misused by unscrupulous scrap metal dealers to continue exporting some of these valuable scrap metals abroad?"}
