I may not have worked in this field for long. With my five years experience in the civil society, I believe I can be a Chair. Really, this issue of 10 years, 15 years, is just an old way of thinking. Young people in this country have been managing human rights issues. Therefore, I would suggest we go for ten years experience for the Chair and five years for the other Commissioners. This should suffice."}
