I think it is true of many other professions, including in accountancy, law, engineering and architecture, you can be a locally trained professional who may chose to take a foreign certified qualification. Unfortunately, you have to take that examination as it is set by the mother institution. What I think the hon. Member, however, has alluded to which is very significant and my office would like to work with him and other like-minded people in the future, is that we ought to develop a local competent certification board of our own. We can do that with our regional partners in the community. I will take up that challenge."}
