But by the time the relatives were ready for the patient to be taken for a CT scan, he was unstable and could not be transported to these places for a CT scan. It would have been professional negligence to transport a patient over that distance; he was already too unstable to be transported from one facility to another. It was unfortunate that the patient died, but he was already in such a condition that he could not be transported from one facility to another. Those are the facts as they are."}
