Wambugu has said. This matter has been brought to the House more than six times. I made a specific request to the Speaker in order for this matter to be sorted out once and for all. I think it makes sense for this matter to go back to the Ministry because some of the answers that we are having are inconsistent and not conclusive. I feel that we would be doing hon. Wambugu and the people who elected him a de-service if we do not conclusively sort out this matter. It is a weighty matter and we make a plea if we can be added maybe another ten days, then come with a finality to solve this problem and make sure that the answers that we give this House will be conclusive and that we will not go back to this Question again."}
