I am sure you will remember that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government did, at some point, give an undertaking to the House to bring a comprehensive report about all the markets in the Republic of Kenya. Would I be in order to ask that we defer this Question until when the Minister tables the report he promised?"}
