It is a fact that the Registrar of Political Parties does not seem to have the capacity to generate a credible register because the time for nominations by political parties is fast approaching. So, I think the way to go is as has been proposed by this Motion. So, I support that we reduce this referral period, so that we deal with this matter as a matter of urgency."}
