That is what I was trying to cure because it seems to suggest that persons with interim letters, upon the passing of this Bill will immediately get charters, which is absolutely wrong because a passing of a law cannot give you a charter if you do not qualify for one. So, what Mr. Koech is doing really does take care of mine, so I can withdraw mine."}
