In any case, he has another doctorate. He has a Doctor of Divinity. So, the title “Doctor” is still properly used as one of his titles because with or without that PhD which has been challenged, he is still a Doctor of Divinity. Dr. Kobia will do a perfect job. As I said, he is a man of high integrity. I would like to support this Motion, so that he can join the JSC."}
