It reads:- “Putting measures in place to ensure all children attend and remain in school to complete basic education requirements”. In this Bill, basic education goes up to the second level. So, I am wondering whether Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona’s amendment is not repeating what Clause 5(2)(d) has taken care of."}
