I sincerely believe that his amendments were the ones we received from the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights; it is what he has modified to be his amendments. Having done that then, his one and only amendment should have be that we repeal everything from Clause 1 up to the end; this is not the case as of now. So, is he in order to stand now and contribute on that aspect?"}
