All the issues that he was raising were raised during that tour, and I thought the Member of Parliament was satisfied. But I have been ready with the Statement that the hon. Member requested. I do recall that I came to consult you because the day when I was supposed to give it, the Member of Parliament was not here; his approach of this matter is a rather casual and pastoralistic manner."}
