I want to demonstrate that the court has already issued orders and, therefore, the questions I am asking do not relate to what is being discussed in court; they relate to the reasons why administratively the Ministry did what it did. The Question asked in 2009 was over six months ago. A Question cannot be asked again within a period of six months. The aspect I am asking about is not the same aspect that Dr. Monda asked about."}
