Their functions must be anchored with the new Constitution. They should not continue to become a drain on the national resources while their efficiency is doubtful. So, I do not know for how long the Minister intends to let these organizations operate. I would have preferred a situation where they are given a timeline, so that the restructuring would be done quickly."}
