If the hon. Attorney-General were to give direction to State Counsel who serve in commissions, then that would jeopardize the independence of those commissions. However, if the Attorney-General feels that his supervisory role is compromised, then the option is to recall the officer that has been seconded. So, I am really not persuaded and I would like to retain the amendment as proposed by the Committee. We had negotiated this with hon. Attorney-General. So, he is surprising me on this one."}
