I am just summarizing before we proceed. The Attorney-General wants to delete Section 55 and then introduce a new provision. Is that correct? If that is the case, we want to rewind the process by starting with Mr. Baiya and then come to Mrs. Odhiambo- Mabona. Since the Chairman has conceded, we will start with Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona."}
