I can tell you, as a matter of record; in the appointments of constitutional Commissions, no Ministry has prepared gazette notices for making the necessary appointments. However, I am glad to give an undertaking to hon. Karua that I will follow up this matter to its conclusion because I understand the concerns she has. Even my colleague here, the Member for Matuga, has similar concerns for very good reasons.
