Again, as I have confirmed, after this I am going to pass through his office just to make sure that that circular is done just the way I have done mine. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, really, now that we are in a new dispensation, that is what should happen. If you take, for example, in the case of the United States of America, you continue to be a Member of Parliament until a new parliament is sworn in, meaning that if you are re-elected, you are not actually sworn in. I think that is the tradition we need to adopt in this House."}
