(b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “ten” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “five” (c) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “three” and substituting therefor the word “five”. This is to set the process in terms of the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer."}
