(b) in subclause (2) — (i) by deleting the words “the Authority” and substituting therefor the words “Sports Kenya”; and (ii) by deleting the words “the Authority” in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “Sports Kenya”; (c) in subclauses (3),(4),(5) and (6), by deleting the words “the Authority” wherever they appear and substituting therefor the words “Sports Kenya”."}
