(b) in subclause (2), by deleting the word “Institute” and substituting therefor the word “Academy”; (c) in subclause (3), by deleting the word “Institute” and substituting therefor the word “Academy”; and (d) in subclause (4), by deleting the word “Institute” and substituting therefor the word “Academy”."}
