First of all, I just want to congratulate you, the Members of Parliament and staff of Parliament because I think that we have done a commendable job in the last five years. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I never wanted to come to Parliament. I was actually sleeping one day when I was called and told that I had been nominated. I said that I was not interested, first, because it was not in my agenda - I was going to do my PhD – and, secondly, because of the acrimony that was in the country at that time. But that is water under the bridge. God purposed that I would be here and I am happy that I was here."}
