As my dear friend, the hon. Member for Chuka/Igambang’ombe has said, it costs US$180. They need to see that the One Laptop per child Programme has e-box in it. It has everything. You do all you need and you do not require exercise or text books. It is all inclusive. I have done a lot of work on this and I think we can share some of the thoughts. We can go and see what is happening in Rwanda."}
