Deputy Speaker, I must also applaud the people of Kenya because if you look around in this House, you will feel that we are moving into a time when politics will stop being a retirement career. There are very many young people who are giving the country their best years of life, when they still have energy to serve. I would like to encourage more young people to get involved in politics and leadership. I encourage them to join political parties as we move along. An important aspect of the Presidential Address as well has been the issue of the youth. For a long time, the young people of this country have been relegated to the back and have never had a voice.
