While supporting this Motion, I urge that since we have an additional four Members to act in the Speaker’s Panel, we will strictly follow the Standing Orders, especially Standing Order No.18, which requires that only the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker and the four Members of the Speaker’s Panel are allowed to preside in the House. A trend developed in the last Parliament where this rule was violated."}
