Members, the result for the election of the Speaker requires that for one to be elected Speaker he must have two-thirds of the total votes. We have not been able to get two- thirds and, therefore, we shall go to the second round. Two-thirds is 233 votes. Officers are directed to seal the ballot papers and to keep them in safe custody. The procedure when you do not attain the two-thirds is that then we go for second round. I direct the clerks to prepare for the second round."}
