I think the President had in mind my constituency, because he traversed it when he was campaigning. I have no tarmac road in my constituency. I believe that as we move forward and tarmack the 13,000 kilometers of road, Pokot South will also be considered; you can imagine that primary school kids are asking me to fund the to go and see a tarmac road."}
