Speaker, Sir. My names are Korei Lemein, MP for Narok South. May I join the rest of my colleagues in congratulating you and the Deputy Speaker. May I also take this opportunity to thank God and the people of Narok South for giving me an opportunity to represent them in this House. With regard to this Motion, I would like to thank hon. Gitari for bringing this Motion before us. The NHIF has a mission and a vision. I believe that their work is to cushion Kenyans in terms of cost when it comes to medical care. I join my colleagues in saying that this Motion together with that one of hon. Koinange should be fast-tracked for the benefit of the people of Kenya. Majority of Kenyans and especially those in the rural areas do not understand the need of NHIF. Where I come from, there is no NHIF office. Narok County, as you know, is one of the largest counties in this country. There are areas that do not understand what"}
