Indeed, the moment you are almost losing your life is when you have had an emergency â say an accident. For women, it is at the point of delivery. So, it will be a mockery of the Constitution if we do not guarantee that right. At that point, it is criminal for anybody to deny you the right to treatment and more so, a medical practitioner who should save your life as opposed to endangering it. I"}
