Speaker, Sir, I also urge the Government to make sure that we have adequate basic medical facilities. Nobody should wait until the following day before accessing a medical facility. If one feels unwell even if it is at midnight, he or she should access a medical facility within the shortest distance possible. We can start with a dispensary and a health centre so that we reduce our mortality rate. I believe we can reduce our mortality rate if we can have well equipped health facilities."}
