I want to make this ruling and direct that: Knowing that we are in the middle of the budget-making process - it is more or less in the middle - it is absolutely important that the peoples’ representatives, hon. Members of the National Assembly participate in their role of going through the document that has been tabled - the budget estimates - and provide reports as appropriate. Therefore, in order to save time, I direct that the Leader of Majority Party, seated together with the Leader of Minority Party, do table before the House, on Tuesday 7th May, 2013, a list of Members into all departmental committees and other select committees."}
