Standing Order No.235(2) provides that once the Estimates are submitted to Parliament, we will have a three- day window. I want to assure the House, as the Leader of the Majority, that by Thursday afternoon, the Estimates will be tabled. I want to allay the fears that we could get into a constitutional crisis. We will not. The Budget-making process is on course and we will abide by all the timelines of that process. I ask my humble friend, hon. Ng’ongo, the Member for Gwassi, to second the Procedural Motion."}
