That is why we had hon. Mwai Kibaki appointing his leader and the Prime Minister appointing himself. That was because we did not have a definition of “government”. This is a very important definition so that we do not have people taking advantage where there are no clear definitions. I support the amendments by hon. Nyokabi and Majority Party Leader."}
